Q: What is the General Report of the Period for?

Can I change the date of the period, even if I have already started the evaluations?

Accepted Answer

You can modify the dates of the period at any time, even if it is already active or affected. You can even reopen closed periods. All this by editing it in from the "Periods" module.

Only periods that have been closed for more than two months can no longer be reopened due to the ethics of the evaluation process and the reliability of the results.

Can I reopen a period that has already been closed?

Accepted Answer

You can reopen a closed period by editing it in the "Periods" module. For someone to answer the surveys, they must have active (or open) status and the closing date not met (you can edit it and extend the date if you require it).

Only periods that have been closed for more than two months can no longer be reopened due to the ethics of the evaluation process and the reliability of the results.

I don't want all the competencies to appear in the report.

Accepted Answer

The report shows the competencies used in the answered surveys. Since the reports are generated automatically, the only way would be to export the information to Word, and eliminate there the skills that you do not require (manually); you can also do the same when exporting to Excel.

Question 6

When loading up the Head relationship, and do not want the Self-evaluation nor the Head evaluation, but I do want the Self-evaluation.

Accepted Answer

Loading the Head relationship generates the Self-evaluation relationship automatically (it is the only way to develop it).

If the Self-evaluation was generated when you made the Head relationship and did not want it, you can delete it by clicking the icon in the Self-evaluation relationship.

On the other hand, if you want the Self-evaluation but do not want the Head relationship, you will have to include an evaluator as a boss, even for a few seconds, so that the Self-evaluation relationship is generated. Then you can delete the Head relationship by clicking on the icon.
